Technology Support Plans

A Lutron Technology Support Plan (TSP) is a multi-year service contract that provides preventive and as-needed maintenance visits, as well as expedited remote or onsite support.

Keep your System Running Smoothly

Versatile Maintenance Visits 

Streamline and simplify system updates. You design a maintenance schedule that best meets your needs, including training visits, programming updates, or system optimization.

Troubleshooting and Service

All TSPs include expedited (72-, 48-, or 24-hour) response time for repairs and service. Higher tiers receive faster remote/on-site service.

Replacement Parts

If a Lutron system part fails, the cost of replacement parts and Lutron labor is covered for the term of the TSP.

Customizable Coverage Term

TSPs range from one to ten years in duration – select the number of years and the number of scheduled preventive maintenance visits (default is one visit).
